Qualifications

• 3–5 years of frontend software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript with deep understanding of component design patterns and responsive layouts.
• Basic scripting capabilities (Node.js, Python, or Bash) to handle local development environments and automation.
• Experience with AI prompting and AI-assisted development tools for code generation and debugging.
• Excellent written communication and asynchronous collaboration skills.
• Active participation in Scrum ceremonies and delivery of estimated tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own the frontend codebase end-to-end, managing routing, state management, tooling, performance, and accessibility.
• Translate design frameworks and requirements into polished, high-performance web applications.
• Integrate AI development tools into daily workflows to accelerate boilerplate creation, testing, and debugging.
• Write utility scripts to automate UI tasks, data formatting, and local setups.
• Interface securely with backend APIs and manage complex data structures.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide accurate effort estimations.
• Break down complex frontend requests into manageable user stories and tasks.
