Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Demand and Supply Manager in the US remote area to lead complex demand planning for clinical trials. You will forecast supply for study drugs, optimize global inventory, and work with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business/operations management highly preferred.
High school diploma, or equivalent required.
5+ years of clinical supply chain and/or planning experience managing global supply chain design and logistics management, preferably as they relate to clinical program design and execution.

Responsibilities

Independently leads the design, implement, interpret and review inventory management plans for forecasting study drug supply across global trials.
Provide mentorship and guidance for new hires and less experienced planners within the team.
Review IRT strategy to ensure it supports supply plans and adjust IRT settings to optimize supply and demand.
Establish and maintain financial forecasts and monthly billing processes for assigned complex client projects.
Stay informed on cGMPs, GCPs, and other regulatory requirements to align study management activities.
