Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Program Finance Analyst based in the United States to lead financial planning and performance analysis for a portfolio of defense programs within a fast-growing aerospace and technology environment.

You will partner with program managers and cross-functional teams to develop EACs/ETCs, forecast bookings, revenue, margins, and cash flow, and support proposal pricing, risk management, and long-range planning with scalable finance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least five years of progressive experience in program finance or program controls for DoD/aerospace/government programs.
• Experience with EAC/ETC development, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow, and risk management.
• Understanding of government contract structures (FFP, cost-reimbursement, T&M).
• Advanced Excel and executive-ready analyses.

Responsibilities

• Own financial performance of defense programs from proposal to closeout.
• Develop EACs/ETCs incorporating technical and contractual assumptions.
• Forecast bookings, backlog, revenue, margins, cash flow, funding, and working capital.
• Evaluate cost/schedule performance and assess financial implications of changes.
• Prepare program financial reviews for managers and executives.
• Support proposal pricing, capture activities, and assumptions.
• Coordinate with accounting on ASC 606 revenue recognition and controls.
• Contribute to operating plans and long-range planning.
• Build financial models, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Improve forecast accuracy and scalability of processes.
