Acxiom is seeking a senior Decision Support Analyst to partner with clients and internal teams, turning marketing and customer data into actionable insights and reporting solutions. You will work across platforms like Adobe, iHub, GCP, and BigQuery to drive data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes client-facing delivery, data validation, campaign measurement, and process improvements, with a focus on high-quality, timely analytics across campaigns and operations.

Qualificações

• Typically 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced experience in marketing analytics, reporting, business intelligence, decision support, or a related data-focused field.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, reconcile, profile, and interpret large datasets.
• Experience translating analytical findings into business recommendations and client-facing presentations.
• Hands-on experience working with cloud-based data platforms and large-scale data environments.
• Proven experience building and supporting recurring and ad hoc reporting solutions.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary client contact for reporting, analytics, campaign management, and BI solutions.
• Translate client objectives into reporting, measurement, and analytical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with proactive communication.
• Present findings and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze marketing and campaign data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports.
• Investigate data anomalies and provide corrective actions.
• Support campaign execution, monitoring, and related reporting deliverables.
• Validate outputs to ensure accuracy and SLAs, participate in QA reviews.
• Provide Tier 2 support for complex data issues.
• Mentor junior analysts and drive process improvements.
