Qualifications

• 4+ years of DBA experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills
• Experience with on‑premises and cloud DB environments
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead database management for on-prem and cloud systems.
• Design and implement disaster recovery, backup and failover strategies.
• Perform advanced database performance tuning and optimization.
• Mentor DBAs and drive database projects and initiatives.
• Plan and execute database upgrades, patches and vulnerability management.
• Develop and maintain SQL procedures, views, and scripts.
• Collaborate with systems for capacity planning and scalability.
• Lead troubleshooting and incident resolution across teams.
