Job summary

Weill Cornell Medicine, based in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a Senior Database Developer to own the development and oversight of the business analytics portfolio of database assets, including Snowflake/SQL data marts, custom views and stored procedures used for Power BI dashboards, monitoring reports, and ad-hoc analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Approximately 4 years of related experience.
Expertise with Snowflake or MS SQL in web apps or data warehouses.
Familiarity with development life cycle methodologies.

Responsibilities

Develops and manages databases and automates daily processes.
Designs, develops, codes enhancements and fixes, tests, and tunes performance.
Leads reporting and data analysis services; creates and maintains reports.
Manages Active Directory security.
Collaborates with project teams to plan releases and gather requirements.
Creates interfaces and web services; defines architecture and standards.
Produces comprehensive documentation per project.
