Tilt is a small, virtual-first team developing machine learning-powered credit models. You will work on building, training, and evaluating deep learning models using Tilt’s financial data to unlock real business impact.

In this role you’ll ship model components into existing ML pipelines to improve credit modeling and loss prediction, collaborating with a senior team across 14 countries. Remote work is common with global onsite options.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with deep learning and modern ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Clear, thoughtful communication and the ability to turn technical exploration into measurable business impact.
