Vanta is hiring a remote Senior Data Scientist to join our Data and Analytics team. You’ll build trusted product data assets, leverage AI-powered analytics tools, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Customer Success to influence strategy and measure product health.

You should have 4+ years in data science roles, strong SQL and Python skills, experience with experiments, ML, and cloud data platforms, plus a passion for scalable analytics and responsible AI use.

• 4+ years in data science, analytics, or related roles.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with solid ML fundamentals.
• Experience designing experiments and building scalable analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted product data assets using modern analytics infra.
• Leverage AI-powered analytics tools to accelerate insight generation.
• Define and evolve measurement frameworks for product health and user lifecycles.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Customer Success to influence strategy.
• Lead executive analytics reviews and translate analyses into actionable recommendations.
