Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, CS, Statistics, Business or related field; or +4 years of relevant work experience.
• 5 years experience in an analytical/quantitative role.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred; production projects at scale with big data/noSQL platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced data exploration, analysis, and solution development for Risk Adjustment initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to support risk adjustment strategies and performance.
• Ensure data governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance across analytics.
