Job summary

Humana is seeking a Senior Data and Reporting Professional for the Illinois Medicaid Market to support network optimization through data analysis and reporting.

You will integrate data from multiple sources, develop reporting solutions, and ensure data processes are accurate and reliable to support business decisions.

Responsibilities include ad hoc reporting, data integration, and process improvements with a focus on data quality and stakeholder needs. Remote-friendly role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of technical experience in data reporting or 5+ years of technical experience in data reporting.
• 3 years of experience in data analysis experience within a healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

• Generate ad hoc reports, recurring datasets, and reporting solutions for business partners.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to deliver accurate and applicable insights.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret data from reporting tools and data warehouses.
• Develop report specifications based on requirements and stakeholder needs.
• Maintain team documentation, including reporting processes and data flows.
• Schedule and monitor automated data processing jobs, troubleshooting issues.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve reporting and data management processes.
• Investigate, document, and resolve data quality and reporting issues through root cause analysis.
• Apply advanced analytical and technical expertise to solve complex business challenges.
• Recommend and implement effective approaches for reporting and data-related projects.
