Humana Inc. in Illinois Medicaid Market is seeking a Senior Data and Reporting Professional - Network Optimization. You will report to the Network Optimization Principal and support Humana's Medicaid data strategy through analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

You will integrate data from multiple sources, develop reporting solutions, and help ensure data quality and reliable processes that support decision-making. The role is remote with CST hours and offers a bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of data reporting experience in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience within a healthcare organization.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, SAS and other data systems.
• Advanced Excel skills including linking pivots to external data sources and dashboards.
• Advanced Power BI skills including data modeling and relationships.
• Experience with Tableau and Qlik for data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Generate ad hoc reports and recurring datasets for business partners.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to deliver insights.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret data from reporting tools and data warehouses.
• Develop report specifications based on requirements and stakeholder needs.
