Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analytics Professional to manage data supporting day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and performance for Individual Medicare Advantage Supplemental Benefits.

The role leads data analysis, validation, and CMS reporting, owning data logic across multiple vendors for regulatory and actuarial work. You will improve data quality, automate reporting, and develop dashboards to inform pricing, forecasting, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent.
• 5 years of technical experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and dashboards.
• Experience compiling, modeling, interpreting data to identify variances and trends.
• Ability to explain variances and enhance modeling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis, validation, and CMS reporting for Medicare Advantage supplemental benefits.
• Own supplemental benefit data logic and cross-vendor data integration for regulatory, actuarial, and forecasting needs.
• Produce monthly Actual-to-Expected (A2E) reporting for performance management and variance analysis.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality.
• Develop and maintain database, reporting tools, and dashboards for scalable analytics.
