Ladders is seeking a Sr. Data Engineer to own the design and reliability of a modern data platform that supports secure, high-quality data use across the business.

You will architect pipelines, orchestration, and governance patterns that protect sensitive information while enabling analytics and operational reporting. This remote US-based role partners with technical stakeholders to improve performance, cost efficiency, and observability across the data stack.

Competenze

• 5+ years of data engineering experience focused on platform architecture and data quality.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with modern data stacks.
• Hands-on with Redshift and dbt; experience with CDC, DMS and Airbyte.
• Understanding of dimensional modeling and data quality patterns.

Mansioni

• Own the design and implementation of the data platform, including the warehouse and orchestration layer.
• Architect reliable data pipelines that handle PII and multi-tenancy constraints.
• Maintain orchestration infrastructure for reliable pipeline execution and observability.
• Design for performance and cost efficiency in data queries and models.
• Build data quality checks and enforce governance patterns to ensure data integrity.
