iTEAMly is building a data-focused project that turns social media data into trend signals feeding product features. You will own the data layer, developing pipelines and models, and validating new data sources with senior colleagues.

The role emphasizes autonomous work, rigorous data quality, and rapid prototyping. The team values strong SQL and Python skills, hands-on dbt experience, and comfort working in an English-speaking, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a data engineering, analytics engineering or technical data analyst role (5+ years for Senior)
• Hands-on commercial experience with dbt; built and tested models themselves

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean and model large social media datasets from TikTok, Reddit and other platforms
• Build and maintain dbt models and data pipelines with automated data quality tests
• Prototype pipelines and metrics for new data sources, starting with Reddit
• Map trend signals to new business categories (taxonomy, categorisation, validation)
• Work independently on scoped deliverables, document work in Jira and write clean, reusable code
• Build quick prototypes to validate approaches with stakeholders
