Job summary

Thor is seeking a Director of Construction to lead end-to-end delivery of data center projects across the United States. You will oversee large-scale builds, manage internal and external teams, and ensure safe, on-time execution across hyperscale and colocation environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• 3+ years in data centers or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.
• Strong leadership and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction from preconstruction through commissioning.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and delivery teams.
• Drive contractor, consultant, and vendor performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development, design, and operations.
• Establish standardized reporting and project controls.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets are met.
