Job summary

The Maryland Department of Human Services seeks a senior administrator and project manager to lead SSA’s data development, research, and evaluation initiatives. You will ensure data integrity, track key performance indicators, and translate complex child welfare and adult services data into actionable policy and programmatic strategies under managerial supervision.

Qualifications

Six years of administrative staff or professional work experience.
Education may substitute: 30 college credits per year up to four years of experience.
Bachelor's degree plus two years of relevant experience may substitute for the required experience.
Master's degree may substitute for five years of the required experience.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Program Analysis: evaluate data models, extract, clean, and analyze data from CJAMS, federal targets, census data, and other systems to provide timely reports.
Data Development & Contract Management: manage the data/reporting contract with University of Maryland Baltimore and ensure alignment with the MOU.
