Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC seeks a Revenue Cycle Senior Systems Analyst to drive systems setup and configuration for Revenue Cycle Management in a remote setting. You will collaborate with BI and technology teams to optimize performance and enable data-driven decisions.

The role requires a blend of technical and business acumen, strong communication, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop RCM applications and solutions by investigating data and workflows.
• Configure and customize EMR, EHR and practice management platforms.
• Analyze internal workflows to recommend IT solutions that improve efficiency.
• Support cross-functional teams during implementations and renewals.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and provide ongoing system support.
