Job summary

Circle is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support financial reporting and regulatory compliance across product, treasury, finance and accounting teams. You will ensure data accuracy, build transparent calculations and drive insights from complex datasets.

You will develop scalable data solutions using SQL, Superset and scripting languages, partner with accounting and treasury, and communicate results to diverse audiences in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or Engineering with 5+ years of data analytics experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R) for data manipulation and modeling.
• Experience with bank reporting or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, treasury, finance and accounting to design data requirements, models and a reporting layer.
• Build scalable automated data solutions using SQL, Superset, scripting languages and AI.
• Analyze and present financial information to support regulatory compliance and internal decision making.
• Educate stakeholders on data insights and the inner workings of financial systems.
