Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support DHS ICE program management, data analytics and reporting. The role is fully remote and involves analytics, dashboard development, data lineage, and coordinating with government taskings and stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, collaborating on data calls, validating data, and producing concise narratives for leadership, while ensuring timely responses to requests and adherence to project schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience required.
• 8+ years of professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience working in data analysis.
• Experience with Databricks.
• Experience with Python and/or SQL development.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Databricks and other tool sets to track data lineage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to respond to requests and ad hoc assignments.
• Support analytics and reporting requirements for weekly/monthly customer reports.
• Group data from multiple sources to create interconnected data streams.
• Develop data dashboards and views of data requirements for customers.
• Coordinate with cross-discipline teams to meet project deadlines.
• Create project deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and disseminate information among business and technical customers.
