Job summary

QBE, LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee information security support services for NIH/OD-OIT. The role is primarily remote with some TDY, requiring strong program leadership across governance, risk, and compliance functions.

You will coordinate with government leadership and stakeholders, manage schedules, staffing, and performance metrics, and ensure alignment with customer mission requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher equivalent experience in cybersecurity/IT program management.
• Experience managing complex federal IT or cybersecurity programs.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams across multiple workstreams.
• Strong communication with senior government and corporate leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program leadership, management, and oversight for cybersecurity support activities.
• Serve as primary interface between government leadership, stakeholders, and QBE.
• Manage scope, schedule, staffing, resources, risks, deliverables, and performance.
