Job summary

QBE, LLC is seeking a Senior Cyber Information Systems Analyst to support RMF and A&A activities for NIH/OD-OIT. The role is primarily remote with some TDY. You will develop security documentation, review plans, and coordinate evidence collection while managing risk and continuous monitoring.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of RMF experience, NIST knowledge, and relevant certifications (Security+, CISA). A strong communication and stakeholder-management skill set is required for federal programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant RMF/A&A experience.
• Experience supporting federal RMF and A&A activities.
• Knowledge of NIST security controls and federal information security requirements.
• CompTIA Security+ and CISA certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform RMF and A&A support activities.
• Develop and maintain system security documentation.
• Review system security plans and control implementation statements.
• Assess system changes for security and authorization impacts.
• Coordinate evidence collection and security-control validation.
• Prepare for security assessments and authorization reviews.
• Develop and maintain Plans of Action and Milestones.
• Track security findings and remediation activities.
• Conduct risk assessments and document cybersecurity risks.
• Support continuous monitoring activities.
