Job summary

QBE, LLC is a federal-focused technology and cybersecurity provider seeking an experienced Program Manager (Master) to lead information security support services for NIH/OD-OIT. The role is primarily remote with some required TDY, and you will interface with government leadership and stakeholders to shape program direction.

Responsibilities include overseeing scope, schedule, staffing, risks, and performance while coordinating across GRC, Security Operations and Training.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, information systems, business, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience managing complex federal IT or cybersecurity programs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity program operations and federal information security environments.
• Experience communicating with senior government and corporate leadership.
• Ability to obtain/maintain required federal background investigation or security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program leadership and oversight for cybersecurity support activities.
• Serve as primary interface between QBE, government leadership, and program stakeholders.
• Manage program scope, schedule, staffing, resources, risks, deliverables, and performance.
• Coordinate across Governance, Risk, Compliance; Security Operations/Engineering; and Security Awareness/Training.
• Establish program priorities aligned with customer mission requirements.
• Monitor contract performance, service levels, and milestones.
• Lead recurring program reviews, status meetings, and executive briefings.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, reports, and metrics.
• Ensure staffing levels and allocation across technical and operational functions.
