We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager or TAM to manage a portfolio of up to 30 accounts, guiding them from pre-sales to deployment, and to partner with Engineering, Product, Support and Sales to drive adoption and growth. Flexible/remote options are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles or 3+ years in network engineering.
• Experience as a CSM or TAM in a cybersecurity SaaS organization.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, healthcare/IoT devices, Linux, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of up to 30 accounts through their lifecycle.
• Define success plans, guide implementation, deliver Executive Business Reviews, and track account health using Gainsight.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Support, and Sales teams to drive adoption, retention, and growth.
