Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years direct, work-related experience in customer success or related field.
• CCSM Level 4+ certification preferred.
• HPE GreenLake ATP certification preferred.
• Proven experience in managing large accounts and developing success plans.

Responsibilities

• Own a select group of strategic customer accounts and drive adoption of HPE solutions.
• Build long-term customer relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain Customer Success Plans with timelines and objectives.
• Coordinate with sales, product, and engineering to resolve issues and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive upsell and cross-sell motions within assigned accounts and measure value delivered.
