Eltropy is seeking a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers in the Eastern U.S. region. You will drive retention, growth, and satisfaction by ensuring customers derive maximum value from Eltropy’s AI-driven SaaS platform and services.

The role requires 5+ years in customer success or account management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with sales, product, and support teams. Remote work within the East region is supported.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS/FinTech.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across Sales, Product, and Support.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of 50 customers.
• Conduct regular check-ins and Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs).
• Develop tailored success plans and mitigate churn risks.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales.
• Oversee onboarding and drive product adoption.
• Advocate for customers and relay feedback to product teams.
• Track customer health and report retention metrics.
