Five9 is seeking a Senior Creative Project Manager to shepherd creative and content assets from kickoff to delivery in a fast-paced, brand-first environment. This hands-on, senior individual contributor role partners with design, content, video and web teams, ensuring assets meet brand voice, tone and quality before live release.

You will own the intake and production processes, optimize workflows, manage calendars and capacity, lead reviews, and champion AI-assisted workflows using Claude to

Competenze

7+ years in creative project management or content operations.
4+ years in a dedicated PM role, preferably in B2B SaaS/tech/agency.
Experience enforcing brand guidelines and approvals.
Proficient with Monday.com; familiar with SharePoint, Figma, Slack.

Own and optimize creative request and production processes.
Coordinate workflows across design, content, video, and web teams.
Manage creative calendar, capacity, milestones and updates.
Ensure final QA before assets go live against brand guidelines.
Lead AI-assisted workflows and maintain process documentation.
