Five9 is seeking a Senior Creative Project Manager to lead end-to-end creation of brand assets across digital and print. You will drive intake, prioritization, and production across design, content, video, and web teams, coordinating internal and external partners to deliver on-brand experiences.

You will enforce brand guidelines, sharpen copy, and guide stakeholders through approvals while leveraging AI tools responsibly for briefs, status updates, and QA processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in creative project management or content operations, including 4+ years in a dedicated PM role.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
• Experience managing budgets and agency/vendor relationships.
• Experience working with in-house creative teams or agencies, including approvals and versioning.
• Must work Pacific Time, 8 AM–5 PM.
• Familiar with Claude and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsabilités

• Own and improve creative request and production processes to streamline intake and scale output.
• Coordinate workflows across design, content, video, and web teams with stakeholders and freelancers.
• Own the creative project calendar and capacity plan; track progress and communicate milestones.
• Serve as final QA for assets, ensuring layout, typography, color, and brand usage meet guidelines.
• Maintain QA checklists and document recurring errors to improve upstream quality.
• Lead creative calls, provide feedback, and debrief after campaigns; manage approvals.
