Job summary

RecruiterForge is seeking a Creative Designer to lead brand work from concept to finished campaigns across digital, print, out-of-home, events, and presentations. The role emphasizes strong visual craft and systems thinking to expand an AI infrastructure brand while keeping identity coherent.

You will guide events branding, develop presentation systems, and extend the visual identity into new formats, including merchandise, with fast, high-quality execution.

Qualifications

• Senior-level brand design work across campaigns, digital, print, and out-of-home formats.
• Experience taking campaigns from initial concept through production and real-world delivery.
• Ability to translate open-ended briefs into strong finished work quickly and with craft.

Responsibilities

• Guide campaigns through concept development, production, and final execution across digital, print, and out-of-home channels.
• Own creative direction and execution for events, including booth graphics and signage.
• Develop presentation systems for sales, marketing, and keynote materials with a consistent identity.
• Extend the visual brand into new surfaces and formats without sacrificing coherence.
• Design physical goods and merchandise that people want to use and wear.
