Grasshopper Bank is seeking a Senior Commercial Loan Closer to join its Commercial Real Estate team. This remote role focuses on end-to-end closing oversight, ensuring accuracy and due diligence for each loan in line with internal policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct loan closing experience in a high-volume environment.
• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of direct related commercial loan closing experience; CRE closing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Strong ability to collaborate and multi-task under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Review approved Credit Memorandum to determine required closing documents.
• Collect and review documents for accuracy and closing conditions.
• Order appraisals, environmental, and credit reports per lending policies.
• Coordinate with Credit Associates, Relationship Managers, and third parties to complete closing file.
• Prepare or review closing documents to ensure compliance with approvals and policy.
• Coordinate with closing Attorney and Loan Operations for smooth disbursement.
• Support servicing of the loan portfolio and maintain lending files.
