Placements24 is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) for a fully remote role. The CRA will monitor trial sites, ensure data integrity, and uphold patient safety and regulatory compliance from a home office.

The ideal candidate has a life sciences background, 3+ years of CRA experience, and strong skills in CTMS/EDC, with ability to travel occasionally for audits. Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of CRA experience.
• Thorough understanding of clinical trial processes, GCP, and ICH guidelines.
• Experience monitoring multiple clinical trial sites.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with CTMS and EDC systems.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for site meetings or audits.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits (initiation, monitoring, close-out) according to protocol and SOPs.
• Assess protocol and CRF compliance by reviewing source documents.
• Ensure safety and rights of trial subjects and data integrity.
• Train and manage site staff, e.g., Study Coordinator.
• Build and maintain relationships with site staff and investigators.
• Manage study sites to ensure timely recruitment and data collection.
• Prepare monitoring visit reports and escalate site issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, and local regulations.
• Oversee data quality and integrity from trial sites.
