SCIEX, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Counsel to provide global legal support with a focus on commercial agreements, regulatory compliance, and governance. The role is designated fully remote with a strong preference for proximity to the Marlborough, MA office.

You will collaborate across global teams, guide complex negotiations, and help drive risk management aligned with SCIEX’s objectives. Competitive compensation and bonus eligibility are included.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a licensed U.S. attorney with law firm and in-house experience.
• Active U.S. Bar membership in good standing.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Extensive deal/negotiation experience (partnerships, licensing, M&A, research agreements).
• Willingness/ability to travel globally up to 20%.

Responsabilités

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on commercial agreements and complex legal matters.
• Manage litigation, government investigations, and regulatory matters with external counsel.
• Provide guidance on global regulatory and compliance topics in partnership with Compliance.
• Support governance, IP-related terms, confidentiality, and board materials.
• Develop training, playbooks, and process improvements, including use of AI to enhance workflows.
