Qualifications

5+ years of experience performing detailed cost or financial estimation, analysis, or forecasting.
Advanced Excel with complex logic-based formulas (VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP).
Experience applying statistical analysis to forecast outcomes or inform decisions.
Experience with U.S. government, DoD, or Navy preferred.

Responsibilities

Work on complex financial and cost models for government programs.
Present data to leadership through dashboards using Tableau/Power BI.
Develop Program Office Estimates and Independent Government Cost Estimates.
Conduct Monte Carlo simulations using Crystal Ball.
Translate program requirements into cost estimates by gathering data and documenting assumptions.
