Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a mid-level Program Control Analyst to support financial control activities for Department of Defense contracts. You will work with a geographically dispersed team on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, helping set team priorities and execute financial assignments.

You should have 5+ years in government contracting or financial management, strong Excel skills, and the ability to travel up to 10%. A Secret clearance and a Finance or Business degree are required.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in federal government contracting, financial management, or financial program control.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with Excel formulas and functions.
  • Ability to work with dispersed teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Support financial control activities for DoD contracts and programs.
  • Contribute within a geographically dispersed team for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Monitor KPIs, assist in risk assessments, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Communicate financial findings and recommendations to leadership and clients.
  • Prepare and review bottom-up forecasts and support internal and client reviews.
  • Assist in SOP development and improvements to program financial tools and processes.

You Have:

The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD).
