Backblaze is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support public-company, corporate, and governance operations. This remote role focuses on filings, board prep, and governance records, enabling attorneys to work efficiently and meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate has extensive paralegal experience in SEC filings, Section 16, and board materials, with strong discretion handling confidential information. Remote role with strong collaboration across Finance, Legal, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; paralegal certificate preferred.
• 8+ years corporate or public-company paralegal experience.
• Knowledge of SEC reporting requirements, Section 16, Nasdaq listing standards.

Responsabilités

• Support preparation and filing of periodic and current reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K).
• Coordinate filing logistics with stakeholders, auditors, and filing agents.
• Assist with Section 16 filings and insider list maintenance.
• Administer insider trading policy and 10b5-1 plans program.
