L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Corporate Paralegal to lead and support governance for a global portfolio of entities. The role focuses on entity maintenance, regulatory compliance, and records across multiple jurisdictions.

Ideal candidates will transform complex entity portfolios, leverage technology for governance improvements, and implement standardized practices to scale the function within a large, multinational organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 6 years of paralegal experience supporting complex U.S. and international entity portfolios.
• Experience overseeing corporate governance, entity lifecycle, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Proficiency with CSC Navigator, including governance workflows, data integrity, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage governance and compliance for a large portfolio of U.S. and international entities.
• Prepare and maintain articles, bylaws, board/shareholder resolutions, and related governance documents.
• Coordinate formations, dissolutions, mergers, and post-acquisition integrations.
