Instacart is hiring a Senior Corporate Finance Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. You will partner with teams to optimize spend, deliver insights, and drive automation across a fast‑growing ecommerce platform.

This role reports to the San Francisco headquarters and may be stationed anywhere in the continental U.S. Flexible work options are available under the Flex First policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related quantitative field (or foreign equivalent).
• 2 years of experience in the job offered or related.
• 2 years of experience with data visualization tools.
• 2 years of experience with Oracle Cloud applications.
• 2 years of experience developing forecasts and frameworks for strategic financial decision‑making and scalability.
• 2 years of experience with month‑end close and financial reporting protocols.
• 2 years of experience leveraging data to develop actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner across teams to optimize spend and efficiency, overseeing close and reporting, and delivering actionable financial insights.
• Build models and dashboards in highly technical business development platforms.
• Drive automation and process improvements.
• Conduct market and economic analysis to inform e-commerce strategy and support growth initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
