Job summary

Cart.com is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to support corporate accounting, financial reporting, and process improvements. You will collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Legal, and external auditors to ensure accurate reporting and strengthen internal controls.

The role offers exposure to complex business models, revenue streams, and cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting audits and corporate accounting functions.
• CPA certification or active pursuit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and schedules.
• Support month-, quarter-, and year-end close with accuracy and scalability.
• Assist with technical accounting analyses and memorandums.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure SOX-readiness.
