Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 in a manager level position.
• Strong background in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.
• Experience in a Big 4 public accounting firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations of the California joint venture.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements preparation.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
