Job summary

Intermountain Health in Murray, Utah, is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee the negotiation, execution, and maintenance of SelectHealth vendor contracts. You will work with Legal and stakeholders to ensure proper review, documentation, and signature, while coordinating with Intermountain entities.

HIPAA standards and government contracting requirements will be part of daily responsibilities, with potential onsite interviews and a video interview via Teams as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; verification will be performed.
• Minimum five years analyzing contracts to understand standard language.
• Proficient word processing and spreadsheet skills.
• Excellent writing, editing and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the contract approval process, coordinating with Legal.
• Develop, amend, review, and negotiate standard and non-standard contracts.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, FEHB, and government standards.
• Provide training on contract creation, approval, execution, and maintenance.
• Coordinate contracting efforts with other Intermountain entities.
