Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare seeks an experienced contracts professional to manage negotiation, execution, and maintenance of SelectHealth vendor contracts. You will coordinate with Legal, develop standardized contracts, ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid/FEHB, and train staff on contract processes.

Strong writing and relationship skills are essential. Minimal qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and five years in contract analysis; preferred master’s or paralegal experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; five years of contract analysis experience.
• Excellent writing, editing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with word processing and spreadsheet programs.
• Legal or paralegal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees contract approval process and coordinates with Legal Department.
• Drafts, reviews, and negotiates standard and non-standard contracts.
• Assures compliance with government contracting standards for Medicare, Medicaid, and FEHB.
• Provides training on contract creation, negotiation, approval and maintenance.
• Coordinates contracting efforts with other Intermountain entities.
• Manages centralized filing/maintenance and storage of contracts.
