Job summary

Point32Health is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to lead negotiations with large physician and hospital networks. You will drive financial analyses, draft contracts, and ensure terms align with the organization’s contracting strategy and legal guidelines.

The role requires 5–7 years in managed healthcare, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams, including legal and clinical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5–7 years in managed healthcare.
• Experience in contract negotiations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation of contractual arrangements with established or potential network providers.
• Direct financial analyses to support contract negotiations and develop contract documents.
• Collaborate with legal to ensure provisions are consistent across providers and compliant terms are included.
• Understand state, federal, and national laws to ensure contract language meets standards.
• Negotiate terms of multiple risk arrangements across products and communicate positions to providers.
