Intermountain Healthcare seeks an experienced contracts professional to manage negotiation, execution, and maintenance of SelectHealth vendor contracts. You will coordinate with Legal, develop standardized contracts, ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid/FEHB, and train staff on contract processes.

Strong writing and relationship skills are essential. Minimal qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and five years in contract analysis; preferred master’s or paralegal experience.

Job Description:Manages the negotiation, execution, and maintenance of SelectHealth vendor contracts. Works with all levels of staff and management to administer the contract review process to ensure proper review, documentation, and signature. Manages centralized contract filing/maintenance and storage.We are committed to offering flexible work options where approved and stated in the job posting. Assists management and other internal stakeholders in the development and amendment of standardized contracts. Understands and implements the legal standards expected in SelectHealth contracts.
