Job summary

PixelSpoke is seeking a Sr. Content Strategist to own and scale content for credit union client sites. You will define strategy, build processes, and lead a bench of writers and contractors. You’ll also ensure content quality, collaborate with design in Figma, and train clients on our content approach.

The role is remote from anywhere in the United States, with a salary range of $85,000–$95,000 and a strong emphasis on building structure where none exists yet.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a content or creative function — agency, in-house, or a business you ran yourself.
• Strong writing and editing background; UX copywriting is a plus.
• Track record of building or improving processes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Comfort partnering across strategy, PM, and design/development.
• Strong project management: manage multiple projects, budgets, contractors, timelines.
• Ability to learn new technology tools quickly and adapt to client needs.
• Comfort with ambiguity when brand guides are not defined, write on-brand copy.

Responsibilities

• Own content strategy for client website projects, including IA input and brand voice adherence.
• Source, onboard, and manage freelance content contractors with scheduling and invoicing.
• Set and run QA for content deliverables across redesign and retainer projects.
• Serve as PixelSpoke's go-to expert on WordPress CMS admin experience and client demos.
