Job summary

VivoSense, Inc. is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager, Life Sciences, to own and drive the content strategy across digital, web, social, and events. You’ll translate complex clinical and digital health topics into credible, engaging materials for pharma, biotech, and digital health audiences.

This remote US role reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing and requires strong writing, design, and project leadership, with collaboration across Science, Commercial, Product, and Executive teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive B2B content marketing or integrated marketing with strategic and hands-on execution.
• Familiarity with clinical trials, digital health tech, wearable sensors or related regulated environments.
• Strong visual design capabilities with a portfolio of digital and print work.
• Advanced WordPress knowledge and experience managing website content and layouts.
• HubSpot for email marketing, landing pages, campaigns, CRM-connected marketing, and reporting.
• LinkedIn organic content and paid advertising experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for events.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute an integrated content strategy aligned with VivoSense priorities and customer journey.
• Create, edit, and manage high-quality content across blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, website copy, emails, and collateral.
• Oversee day-to-day VivoSense website content in WordPress and coordinate with external resources as needed.
• Produce polished visual assets for LinkedIn campaigns, ads, blog imagery, and conference materials.
• Work with Adobe CC (InDesign/Photoshop) and AI tools to improve speed and output without sacrificing quality.
• Lead VivoSense organic LinkedIn strategy and paid campaigns; plan, execute, and analyze performance.
• Develop campaign plans and collateral for conferences/trade shows; represent VivoSense at domestic and international events.
• Operate independently in a remote environment with strong judgment and follow-through.
