Pacific Service Credit Union in Concord, CA is seeking a Consumer Funder II to independently fund the full range of direct and indirect consumer loans. You will review contracts, documents, and disclosures for accuracy, ensure underwriting conditions are met, and manage funding records with precision.

You will communicate with members, dealers, and internal partners, perform accurate calculations, and support day‑to‑day operations while upholding BSA and privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive consumer‑lending or loan‑funding experience.
• Experience with loan funding, documentation, and underwriting controls.
• Demonstrated accuracy, compliance awareness, and attention to detail.
• Ability to coach peers and provide guidance to Funders I.
• Proficiency with loan origination systems and related tools.

Responsabilités

• Fund approved direct and indirect consumer loans in accordance with policies.
• Review loan documents, income, collateral, and disclosures for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify stipulations and conditions and obtain corrections from members or partners.
• Prepare and maintain loan documentation and system records; data entry and funding actions.
• Communicate with members, dealers and partners regarding funding status and next steps.
• Apply math for payment calculations, APR, debt ratios, and fees.
• Open new member accounts as needed to support funded loans.
• Respond to inquiries and conduct follow‑ups to ensure service quality.
• Identify opportunities to introduce credit union products and improve processes.
• Support audits, testing, and special projects as assigned.
• Provide guidance to Funder I and assist with procedure updates.
