Job summary

You will work remotely from anywhere in the U.S., with a requirement to be in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area for in-office days as needed, and you will guide analytics teams and client relationships

Qualifications

• Health policy professional with 6+ years in health services research, evaluation or policy.
• Experience leading business development and proposals with clients/partners.
• Broad understanding of federal or state health policy issues across domains.
• Experience on quality measure engagements, preferably CMS-related.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams and communicating across technical backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate evidence on effectiveness for clinical measures across data sources per CMS/NQF requirements.
• Develop test measure protocols and measure specifications.
• Perform quantitative analysis to inform quality measurement for Medicare/Medicaid.
• Track standards-setting committees and consensus bodies like NQF.
• Draft and manage proposals for measure development, testing, maintenance, implementation.
• Grow client relationships through policy consultation and thought leadership.
• Support strategy for long-term organizational growth with leadership.
• Lead project delivery teams and mentor junior staff.
