Job summary

Prime is seeking a Senior Consultant, Medical Affairs Strategic Advisory, focused on developing intelligence, strategy, and impact measurement for Medical Affairs across the product lifecycle. You will operate in Global and US markets, integrating medical affairs with strategy and data analytics.

The role requires 6+ years in strategic communications planning or strategy consulting within healthcare/pharma, strong regulatory understanding, and expertise in big data analytics to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, data analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
• 6+ years’ experience in strategic communications planning and/or strategy consulting in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong understanding of medical communications and regulatory requirements, particularly within the US market
• Proven experience in big data strategy and analytics, linking scientific objectives and behavior change
• High-level understanding of how innovative technologies can design and execute omnichannel communication programs (AI, ML, next best action)
• Formal training and/or experience in program evaluation methodologies would be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive intelligence, strategy, and impact measurement initiatives supporting Medical Affairs objectives across the product lifecycle
• Operate mainly in Global and US markets, combining medical affairs, strategy development, and data analytics
• Develop impact measurement models, audience intelligence and analysis initiatives, and create integrated data foundations for strategy formation
• Utilize Prime’s impact measurement methodology to demonstrate how medical activities influence clinical practice and patient outcomes
• Act as primary client contact, present insights and foster partnerships across medical communications, evidence, creative, and technical teams
• Support business development by contributing to pitches; thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
