Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in strategy or management consulting.
• Experience in pharma/medical affairs preferred.
• Experience in capability building and organizational transformation.
• Strong problem solving, execution, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business challenges of pharma medical affairs into client-ready deliverables.
• Define functional strategies and transformation initiatives aligning people, processes, and technology.
• Design business cases, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Design and deliver change management programs and organizational development initiatives.
• Foster long-term client relationships based on trust and value delivery.
