Lateam Partners seeks a Senior Consolidation & Reporting Analyst to lead the company''s consolidated financial reporting across seven entities and multiple currencies. You will report to the CFO, delivering accurate statements and intercompany eliminations as an autonomous contributor.

The role includes driving the readiness for the group''s first external audit, implementing automation to shorten monthly closings, and partnering with country finance teams and stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in financial accounting, consolidation, or corporate reporting.
• Experience with external audits, preferably Big Four.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Experience consolidating multi-entity, multi-currency results.
• Hands-on intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
• Advanced English proficiency in written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly consolidation of financial results across seven entities in multiple countries and currencies.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements using monthly closing information from local accounting teams.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and eliminations to ensure consistency.
• Apply official FX rates and reflect currency translation effects.
• Ensure information is accurate, consistent, and delivered on deadlines.
• Prepare financial reports for board, investors, and lenders.
• Lead consolidation readiness for the group’s first external audit.
• Collaborate with CFO and country finance teams to resolve reporting discrepancies.
