Job summary

District Partners Llc is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant to lead consolidation, disclosures, and complex reporting. You will prepare annual and interim consolidated financial statements, supporting schedules, and interact with external auditors to ensure accuracy.

The role emphasizes a transition from public accounting to corporate reporting, with ownership of multi-entity reporting, and a hybrid work model offering two remote days per week and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting audits.
• CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, financial statement preparation, and disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual and interim financial statements, including consolidated statements and footnotes.
• Develop supporting schedules for consolidations, cash flows, and equity accounting.
• Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and ensure accuracy of reported information.
• Prepare audit workpapers and collaborate with external auditors during the audit process.
• Partner with technical and operational accounting teams to support reporting.
• Help improve reporting processes and standardize documentation and systems.
